This car had many alteration to the body. The headlights were recessed, mouldings removed and vents added. Full respray.
As far as we know, this Vauxhall is one of only two remaining. Unfortunately most of the Vauxhall’s parts were previously destroyed in a garage fire. Some of the parts required are no longer available, our team here at Pool Lane Classics made the bonnet body panels and altered second-hand front wings and running boards to fit. The vehicle’s door frames were rebuilt, in ash by a local joiner.The main body tub has been resprayed in Black and cream and is now being rebuilt.The fabrication of this lovely vehicle is almost complete.
On stripping down the Princess had a lot of rusty and rotten panels that needed replacing or fabrication. It then had a full respray in two tone.
Replace floors,inner and outer sills, front and rear wings,inner wheel arch’s and boot floor. Full respray. Remove engine and paint engine bay.
